Return Policy

At TRYOSOME, we take immense pride in the quality and authenticity of every product we deliver. While we strive for perfection, we understand that situations may arise where a return becomes necessary. Our return policy is designed to be fair — protecting both our valued customers and the integrity of our brand.

1.1  Eligibility Window

TRYOSOME offers a 2-day return window, counted from the date of successful delivery as confirmed by our logistics partner. Requests raised after this window will not be entertained under any circumstances, regardless of the reason.

⚠️ The 2-day window is final. No exceptions will be made after this period, including for delayed complaints, courier issues cited by the customer, or any other reason.

1.2  Conditions for Return

Returns will only be accepted when ALL of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • Product is completely unused, unopened, and in its original factory-sealed condition
  • All original packaging, labels, seals, tags, and accessories are intact and undamaged
  • The original TRYOSOME invoice is available and presented at the time of request
  • A valid unboxing video is submitted as per the requirements in Section 1.3
  • The return request is raised within 2 days of delivery

1.3  Mandatory Unboxing Video — COMPULSORY

An unboxing video is a strict, non-negotiable requirement for ALL return requests. Without a valid unboxing video, no return will be processed or considered, regardless of the reason or the product's condition.

🎥 No unboxing video = No return. This rule applies to every order, without exception.

Your unboxing video must meet all of the following standards:

  1. Recording must begin before the package is touched or moved — the sealed parcel must be fully visible at the start
  2. The video must be continuous, unedited, and without any cuts, pauses, or breaks
  3. The TRYOSOME packaging, courier label, and order details must be clearly visible
  4. The complete unboxing process, from sealed package to fully opened product, must be shown
  5. The product and its condition must be clearly visible at the end of the video
  6. Video must be in a well-lit environment with clear audio or no audio edits

TRYOSOME reserves the right to reject any return request where the unboxing video is incomplete, edited, unclear, or does not meet the above standards. Our decision on video validity is final.

1.4  Non-Returnable Items

The following products and situations are strictly excluded from our return policy:

  • Any cosmetic, makeup, or skincare product that has been opened, swatched, or used
  • Products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or missing components
  • Products purchased during a sale, promotional event, or at a discounted price
  • Free gifts, complimentary samples, or bundled bonus items
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper storage, or misuse
  • Claims raised after the 2-day return window has expired

1.5  How to Initiate a Return

To submit a return request, email us at support@tryosome.com within 2 days of delivery. Your email must include:

  1. Your TRYOSOME order number
  2. Your registered name and phone number
  3. Clear reason for the return
  4. Photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage
  5. Your unboxing video (as per Section 1.3)

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days. If approved, you will receive instructions for sending the product back. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on TRYOSOME's part.

📌 TRYOSOME's decision on all return requests is final and binding. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet our stated criteria.
